Hi, I'm Pet and this is my weight loss blog.
I've been on Weight Watchers since January 2011 and this is my journey to becoming a healthier, happier me. I frequently post about my exercise (mostly running and yoga), the foods I eat, recipes I liked and my daily struggles. You'll also find the occasional tree hugger post, travel photos or anything else I find worth remembering and collecting.
I follow most blogs back that follow me. However, I do stay away from blogs that promote EDs, unhealthy methods of weight loss or negative body image.

Spinach Burgers
These are the absolute best! I am making them again tonight!
Makes about 4
1 bag of thawed and well drained chopped spinach
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/4 c diced onion
1/2 c shredded cheese
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix well in a bowl
Now, form into burger-sized patties. (or you can do spinach balls)
Heat a non stick skillet over med-high. Spray with a bit of cooking spray.
Cook about 5-6 minutes.
Serve on your choice of bread product, or eat them “naked”.
